📦 What is your shipping & age verification policy?
Adult signature is required at delivery for all orders. The person signing must present a valid government-issued ID proving they are of legal drinking age (21+ in USA, 18+ in most countries). If no adult is present, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be held at the nearest carrier facility for pickup with valid ID. Unopened, undamaged bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs). The bottle must be unopened with the original seal intact.
