Shipping Overview
At WhiskyTreasury, we take great care in packaging and shipping every bottle to ensure it arrives safely and discreetly. All orders require an adult signature (21+ in USA, 18+ in most countries) upon delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx Priority or UPS Ground with adult signature required. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout.

Adult Signature Requirement
By law, all alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+ in USA, 18+ in most countries) at delivery. Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the carrier. If no adult is present, the package will be held at the nearest carrier facility for pickup with valid ID.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. WhiskyTreasury is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure address where an adult is available to sign.
