All products sold on WhiskyTreasury are 100% authentic. We source from licensed distributors, reputable auctions, and direct from distilleries. We never sell counterfeit or refilled bottles. Each bottle is inspected before shipping.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Adult signature (21+ in USA, 18+ elsewhere) is required for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Customs and Duties

International buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. WhiskyTreasury is not responsible for packages seized or destroyed by customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping costs). Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. See our Returns Policy for full details.

WhiskyTreasury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
